India Finsec promoters un-pledge significant block of shares

Gopal Bansal LLP and other promoters, including Mr. Gopal Bansal, Mr. Manoj Sharma, Daisy Distributors Private Limited, and Mrs. Sunita Bansal, have disclosed the release of a pledge on equity shares of India Finsec Limited. The disclosure, dated November 29, 2025, was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011.

The un-pledging of shares, which occurred on November 24, 2025, significantly altered the encumbered status of the promoters' holdings. Notably, Gopal Bansal LLP released 4,537,050 shares, changing its encumbered percentage from 15.54% to 14.34% of total share capital. Daisy Distributors Private Limited also released a pledge on 7,263 shares.

Post-event, Mr. Gopal Bansal's encumbered holding stands at 4,015,741 shares, representing 13.76% of total share capital. Mrs. Sunita Bansal's encumbered shares remain at 1,295,530, accounting for 4.44% of the total share capital. The total promoter shareholding in India Finsec Limited is 16,331,201 shares, representing 55.94% of the total share capital, with 69.01% of promoter shares encumbered.
