India Cements board to meet for Q3 financial results

India Cements Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Friday, January 23, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.

In adherence to the company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons," the trading window for the company's securities will be closed for all connected/designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, specifically up to January 25, 2026. During this period, all such individuals are advised against dealing in the company's securities.
