Hindustan Unilever appoints Vandana Suri as new executive director for home care

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) announced the appointment of Vandana Suri as executive director, Home Care, and general manager, India – Home Care Business Unit, effective January 1, 2026. Suri will also become a member of the management committee of the company. This change follows the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee and was approved by the board of directors via circular resolution dated December 1, 2025.

Suri will succeed Srinandan Sundaram, who is set to assume the role of chief executive officer of Unilever International. Vandana Suri, currently the general manager for Beauty & Wellbeing for Unilever Indonesia, joined HUL in 2011 and brings over 20 years of experience from various multinational companies, including PepsiCo, Tetra Pak, and Nielsen. Her previous roles at HUL included leading the premium laundry portfolio and serving as vice president, Skin Care & Colour Cosmetics, Beauty & Wellbeing.
