GPT Sons increases stake in GPT Infraprojects to 48%

GPT Sons Private Limited, a part of the promoter group, has acquired 186,758 equity shares in GPT Infraprojects Limited. This open market transaction, conducted between November 24 and November 28, 2025, increased their holding by 0.148%.

Prior to this acquisition, GPT Sons held 60,469,242 shares, representing 47.85% of the total share capital. Following the acquisition, their holding now stands at 60,656,000 shares, bringing their total stake to 48.00% of GPT Infraprojects Limited's equity share capital. The total voting capital of GPT Infraprojects is Rs. 1,26,36,46,000, divided into 126,364,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The disclosure was made to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited, as per Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisitions of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011.
