Flowtech Industrial Projects increases stake in Primo Chemicals to over 5%

Flowtech Industrial Projects Private Limited announced an acquisition of 25,25,000 shares in Primo Chemicals Limited, increasing its total stake to 5.01%. This transaction, executed on November 28, 2025, was conducted via an open market purchase.

Prior to this acquisition, Flowtech Industrial Projects, an acquirer belonging to the promoter group, held 96,26,710 shares, representing 3.97% of Primo Chemicals' total voting capital. The recent purchase of 1.04% brings their post-acquisition holding to 1,21,51,710 shares, totaling 5.01% of the equity share capital.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Primo Chemicals' total equity share capital remains at Rs. 48,46,86,440 (24,23,43,220 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/-) both before and after the acquisition.
