Escorts Kubota to meet investors in December

Escorts Kubota Limited has scheduled two investor meetings in December 2025 to engage with fund houses and investors. The first meeting, an in-person, one-on-one session in Faridabad, will take place on December 5, 2025, from 11:30 to 13:00 IST with Antique Stock Broking Ltd.

The second engagement is a virtual one-on-one video meeting on December 11, 2025, from 11:00 to 12:00 IST with Emerge Capital.

These meetings are conducted in compliance with Regulation 30(6) and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In accordance with Regulation 46 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Investor & Earning Presentation is available on the company's website.
