Escorts Kubota announces senior management reshuffle, effective December 2025

Escorts Kubota Limited has announced key changes to its senior management personnel (SMP) as part of an organizational restructuring, effective December 1, 2025. Takayuki Okada has been appointed as chief officer, quality assurance division, succeeding Bundo Ryo. Okada brings experience in quality management from Kubota Corporation since 2013.

Additionally, four officials have been elevated to deputy chief officer positions. Shinya Yamada, an economics graduate with sales and marketing experience at Kubota Corporation since 2014, is now deputy chief officer, construction equipment business division. Anish Dhir, a production engineering graduate with over 24 years of R&D experience, has been named deputy chief officer, R&D division.

Sanjeev Mahajan, a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience, has been elevated to deputy chief officer, operation division. Finally, Vivek Kumar Singh, with over 24 years of experience in the tractor and construction equipment industry, is now deputy chief officer, quality assurance division. These appointments are part of whole-time employment with the company.
