CRISIL's CTO Zak Murad resigns, pursuing new S&P opportunities

CRISIL Limited has announced that Zak Murad, chief technology and information officer and a member of the company's senior management, has tendered his resignation, effective December 1, 2025. The company has accepted his resignation, and his last working day will be December 24, 2025.

Mr. Murad cited a desire to pursue new career opportunities within S&P that would allow him to devote greater attention to his family. He expressed gratitude to colleagues, staff, clients, and specifically thanked Amish Mehta, the board of directors, and prior CEO Ashu Suyash, along with former board members John Berisford and Ewout Steenbergen. He highlighted the company's technological advancements, including cloud migration, new products in Benchmarking, Risk, and AI, and investments in Data & AI.

He confirmed his commitment to staying with the company through December 24, 2025, to assist with the upcoming leadership transition. The company has provided the necessary disclosures under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
