Bharat Dynamics secures new orders, announces management changes

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) secured additional orders totaling INR 2461.62 Crore since its last disclosure on November 13, 2025. These major orders include anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs) and surface-to-air missiles (SAMs), awarded by the Indian Army. The ATGMs are to be executed within 42 months, and the SAMs within 12 months.

In a separate announcement, BDL detailed changes in its senior management personnel, effective January 1, 2025, due to departmental promotions. Key promotions include M Sampath Kumar, Cheena G, H Shankara Narayana, K Srihari, and Yalamanchili Ushasri, all appointed as general managers for various divisions.

Additionally, H Shankara Narayana, general manager (VL-SRSAM Project), retired on November 30, 2025, upon reaching the age of superannuation.
