Bank of Baroda announces new chief general manager for stressed asset management

Bank of Baroda, on December 1, 2025, disclosed a change in its senior management personnel and functional heads. Mr. Sharma Rakesh Kumar has been appointed as the new chief general manager (CGM) for stressed asset management.

This appointment marks a change for Mr. Dinesh Pant, who previously held the position of CGM (OSD) in stressed asset management and will now see a change in his designation. Mr. Sharma Rakesh Kumar brings over 35 years of experience to the role, holding a bachelor's degree in commerce and CAIIB qualification.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, ensuring transparency regarding significant management shifts within the bank.
