AYM Syntex appoints Kulbhushan Agrawal as president of marketing

AYM Syntex Limited has announced the appointment of Kulbhushan Agrawal as its new president of marketing (Palghar), effective December 1, 2025. This appointment was disclosed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Agrawal brings over 24 years of extensive international experience in sales and supply chain management across diverse geographies. He holds an M.Tech in Textile Technology from VJTI Mumbai and has worked with prominent Indian and global organizations, including Welspun Group, Meril Life Sciences, Indorama Ventures, Aditya Birla Group, Birla Cellulose, and RSWM Ltd. His expertise encompasses international sales, procurement, and end-to-end supply chain management.

His leadership contributions include driving revenue growth, global customer acquisition, optimizing costs, and executing supply chain transformation projects. There are no disclosed relationships between Agrawal and the existing directors of AYM Syntex.
