ACC appoints Shruti Shah as independent director

ACC Limited has appointed Shruti Shah as an additional, non-executive and independent director, effective December 1, 2025. Her term will span three consecutive years. This appointment was duly notified to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

Shah is a chartered accountant and a partner at Pravin P. Shah & Company. With over 15 years of experience in tax advisory and estate planning, she previously held positions at Haribhakti & Company and Aneja Associates. She holds degrees in commerce and law from the University of Mumbai. Shah currently serves as an independent director on the boards of Orient Cement Limited and Sanghi Industries Limited.

The company confirmed that Shah is not related to any other director on ACC's board and is not debarred from holding a directorship by any order from SEBI or other relevant authority. All necessary disclosures regarding this appointment have been made in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
