V-Guard Industries maintains highest credit rating for commercial paper

On November 29, 2025, V-Guard Industries Limited informed stock exchanges that CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its "CRISIL A1+" rating for the company's ₹150 crore commercial paper program. This top-notch rating indicates a very strong degree of safety regarding the timely payment of financial obligations and the lowest credit risk.

The reaffirmation, communicated via a letter dated November 28, 2025, highlights V-Guard's continued financial stability. This rating is valid for 60 calendar days from the letter's date for the purpose of issuance of the commercial paper program. Once issued, the rating remains valid (unless revised) throughout the life of the program, with a maximum maturity of one year.

Vikas Kumar Tak, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the announcement. The company ensures continuous surveillance and review of its ratings, reserving the right to withdraw or revise them based on new information.
