State Bank of India announces key leadership superannuations

State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the superannuation of one director and two key managerial personnel/senior management members, effective November 30, 2025. This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Vinay M Tonse, managing director (retail business and operations), is among the officials superannuating. Additionally, Saloni Narayan, deputy managing director (finance), and Ruma Dey, deputy managing director (special projects – compliance & data protection), will also be stepping down.

The announcement, dated November 29, 2025, was signed by Aruna N. Dak, DGM (compliance & company secretary), and was sent to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
