Speciality Restaurants expands Asia Kitchen brand to UAE

Speciality Restaurants Limited has entered into a franchise agreement with Asia Kitchen By Mainland China LLC, referred to as the "Franchisee," to expand its "Asia Kitchen by Mainland China" brand into the United Arab Emirates. This agreement, effective November 28, 2025, grants the franchisee the right to open a restaurant under this brand in the UAE.

The first franchise restaurant is slated to open at Deira City Centre CCD C008 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, within the timeframe stipulated in the franchise agreement. This strategic move aligns with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
