Maan Aluminium shareholders approve equity share issue, AOA alteration

Maan Aluminium Limited (MAANALU) held its extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. via video conferencing. The meeting concluded at 1:10 p.m. and was chaired by Ravinder Nath Jain, with company secretary Sandeep Kumar Agarwal welcoming members.

Shareholders approved two key special resolutions: the alteration in the articles of association of the company and the issue of equity shares on a preferential basis. The company provided remote e-voting facilities in compliance with section 108 of the Companies Act and SEBI listing regulations.

The consolidated results of remote e-voting and e-voting during the meeting will be announced to the stock exchanges and published on the websites of Maan Aluminium and Link In time India Pvt. Ltd. Executive director Ashish Jain thanked shareholders for their support.
