Godrej Properties Limited has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, GODREJ REDCO CONSULTANCIES L.L.C., in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, effective November 28, 2025. This move aligns with the company's growth strategy and will see the new entity engage in various real estate transactions.

The subsidiary will operate in the real estate industry, leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions. Godrej Properties Limited will subscribe to the entire share capital of GODREJ REDCO CONSULTANCIES L.L.C., committing an amount not exceeding AED 300,000, representing 100% of the share capital. This investment underscores Godrej Properties' full control over the new venture.
