Brigade Group expands Hyderabad presence with new residential project

Brigade Enterprises Limited has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project in Begumpet, Hyderabad. This strategic expansion is expected to yield approximately 0.5 million sq. ft. of development potential and an estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹800 Crores. The project aims to develop a high-quality contemporary residential community across approximately 3 acres of prime land.

This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company stated that the project will feature thoughtfully designed homes, offering seamless access to major business hubs, social infrastructure, and transport networks.

Brigade Group, established in 1986, is known for its diverse developments across residential, office, retail, hospitality, and education sectors in multiple Indian cities. This latest venture underscores its commitment to strengthening its presence in Hyderabad's residential market and exploring scalable expansion opportunities.
