Bank of India names Prabodh Parikh as shareholder's director

Shri Prabodh Parikh has today, November 29, 2025, assumed office as the shareholder's director of Bank of India. This appointment follows the bank's letter dated October 27, 2025.

Shri Parikh's tenure is for a period of three years, effective from today until November 28, 2028. A brief profile of Shri Probodh Parikh was previously submitted on October 27, 2025.

The announcement was made by Rajesh V Upadhya, company secretary, and is addressed to the Vice President - Listing Department at both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.
