Balu Forge Industries' credit ratings reaffirmed by CRISIL

Balu Forge Industries Limited informed stock exchanges on November 29, 2025, about the reaffirmation of its credit ratings by CRISIL Ratings Limited. This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

CRISIL has reiterated the credit ratings for the company's bank facilities, which amount to Rs. 76 Crore. Specifically, the long-term rating has been reaffirmed as Crisil BBB+, while the short-term rating remains Crisil A2. The rating rationale was published on CRISIL's website on November 27, 2025.
