Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels to lease new Mathura property

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Raman Industrial Enterprises, a partnership firm based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, for the lease and operation of a 42-room hotel property. The property, currently under construction, spans approximately 1,308 square meters and is located in Village Jaisinghpura Bangar, Tehsil Sadar, District Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

The company intends to manage the hotel under a lease term of 12 years. This agreement is contingent upon the fulfillment of agreed conditions precedent, statutory approvals, and the execution of a definitive lease deed. The lease deed is expected to be executed on or before March 31, 2026, or an alternative date mutually agreed upon by the parties.
