Advait Energy Transitions secures Malaysian OPGW installation contract

Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly Advait Infratech Limited, has secured an international order from Purnama Solution (M) Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian entity. The contract, received on November 28, 2025, is for the execution of high voltage OPGW installation works under Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB") contracts. These include MAINHEAD C1 – CENTRAL (TNB Contract Number: TNB852/2025) and MAINHEAD B1 - JOHOR UTARA (TNB Contract Number: TNB995/2025), focusing on fiber optic supply and services for TNB HV infrastructure.

The total value of the order is Malaysian Ringgit 11,750,000. The project is expected to be completed within a period of 1095 days. This engagement is a normal course of business for Advait Energy Transitions Limited and does not involve any related party transactions.
