Sequent Scientific merger scheme becomes effective after tribunal order

Sequent Scientific Limited announced on November 28, 2025, that its composite scheme of amalgamation has become effective. The scheme involves Sequent, Symed Labs Limited, Vandana Life Sciences Private Limited, Appcure Labs Private Limited, Vindhya Pharma (India) Private Limited, S.V. Labs Private Limited, Vindhya Organics Private Limited, Viyash Life Sciences Private Limited, Geninn Life Sciences Private Limited, and Sequent Research Limited.

The company confirmed that all specified approvals and events have been satisfied. Certified copies of the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad bench, order dated November 18, 2025, sanctioning the scheme, have been filed by the transferee entities: Symed, Vandana, Appcure, Vindhya Pharma, SV Labs, VOPL, Geninn, and Viyash.

Consequently, Parts II, III, IV, and V of the scheme are now effective as of November 27, 2025, designated as 'Effective Date 1.' This marks a major step forward in the restructuring process for Sequent Scientific Limited.
