Sayaji Hotels promoter increases stake with open market share acquisition

Zuber Yusuf Dhanani, a promoter of Sayaji Hotels Limited, has acquired additional shares in the company through an open market transaction. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

The acquisition involved 146,158 shares carrying voting rights, increasing his total holding to 146,160 shares, representing 0.83% of the total share/voting capital. The transaction date was 25.11.2025.

Prior to this acquisition, Dhanani held 2 shares. The company's equity share capital remains INR 175,179,770 divided into 17,517,977 equity shares of INR 10 each, both before and after the acquisition. The total diluted share/voting capital also remains unchanged.
