Prince Pipes faces GST demand, plans appeal

Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited announced on November 28, 2025, that it has received a demand order from the Superintendent, Central Tax & Central Excise, Palakkad North Range, Kerala. The company stated that the officer disallowed certain GST credit and raised a GST demand due to a difference in GST declared in GSTR-1 and the GST declared in E-waybills issued during the financial year 2020-21. Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited assesses this demand as not maintainable and is evaluating all options, including filing an appeal. The company does not anticipate any relevant financial, operational, or other activity impacts.
