On November 26, 2025, Harshbeena Sahney Zaveri submitted a disclosure regarding the acquisition of 27,024,177 equity shares of NRB Bearings Limited. This acquisition, completed on November 20, 2025, involved a "Nil Consideration" off-market transfer, categorized as a distribution of equity shares from Trilochan Singh Sahney Trust – 1 to Harshbeena Sahney Zaveri as per a Trust Deed. The transaction was compliant with Regulation 10(7) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before the acquisition, Harshbeena Sahney Zaveri held 13,183,708 shares, representing 13.60% of the total share capital.
