Nippon India mutual fund boosts TeamLease services stake to nearly 8%

Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited, on behalf of Nippon India Mutual Fund, has disclosed the acquisition of additional shares in TeamLease Services Limited. The acquisition of 247,063 shares, representing 1.4733% of the total voting capital, took place through open market transactions between March 07, 2025, and November 24, 2025.

This recent acquisition brings Nippon India Mutual Fund's total holding in TeamLease Services Limited to 1,332,589 shares, or 7.9468% of the company's total voting capital. Prior to this acquisition, their holding stood at 1,085,526 shares, equivalent to 6.4734%.

The disclosure, made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, confirms that the equity share capital of TeamLease Services Limited remains at Rs. 167,689,000, comprising 16,768,900 shares with a face value of Rs. 10 per share, both before and after the acquisition.
