MTAR Technologies promoter Saranya Loka Reddy releases pledged shares

Saranya Loka Reddy, a promoter of MTAR Technologies Ltd., has released 108,000 equity shares previously pledged with Aditya Birla Capital Limited. The release occurred on November 26, 2025, and was disclosed to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on November 28, 2025.

This release, undertaken due to the repayment of a loan, alters the promoter's encumbered shareholding. Prior to this event, Reddy had 508,000 equity shares encumbered, representing 1.65% of the total share capital. Following the release, the post-event holding of encumbered shares stands at 400,000, now constituting 1.30% of the total share capital.
