Latent View Analytics issues equity shares under ESOP 2016

Latent View Analytics Limited has allotted 323,860 equity shares with a face value of ₹1/- each to eligible optionees under its Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 (ESOP 2016). This allotment, approved by the board of directors on November 28, 2025, in accordance with SEBI Regulations, 2015, increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital.

The total issued shares have risen from 206,601,120 to 206,924,980, with the total share capital increasing from ₹206,601,120 to ₹206,924,980. The exercise prices per share varied: ₹6.29/- for 10,000 equity shares, ₹76/- for 305,985 equity shares, and ₹359/- for 7,875 equity shares, including premiums of ₹5.29/-, ₹75/-, and ₹358/- respectively.

All newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company. Latent View Analytics is listed on both BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
