JK Tyre board sets effective date for Cavendish Industries amalgamation

The board of directors of JK Tyre & Industries Limited, in a meeting held on November 28, 2025, confirmed the amalgamation of Cavendish Industries Limited. This follows the receipt of the certified order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench, on November 24, 2025.

The effective date for the scheme of amalgamation has been set for December 22, 2025, with operations commencing from the appointed date of April 1, 2025. Furthermore, the board, in consultation with Cavendish Industries, fixed December 24, 2025, as the record date. This date will determine the shareholders of Cavendish Industries eligible to receive equity shares of JK Tyre & Industries Limited.

As a result of this scheme, Cavendish Industries Limited will cease to exist, being fully amalgamated into JK Tyre & Industries Limited without undergoing a separate winding-up process from the effective date.
