Jindal Cement raises Jindal Steel stake to 0.20%

Jindal Cement Industries Private Limited (formerly Jindal Panther Cement Private Limited) has announced the acquisition of an additional 91,212 shares in Jindal Steel Limited via open market transactions on November 25, 2025. This acquisition increases Jindal Cement's total shareholding to 2,023,361 shares, representing 0.20% of Jindal Steel's total diluted share capital.

Prior to this transaction, Jindal Cement held 1,932,149 shares, or 0.19% of the share capital. The acquisition corresponds to a 0.01% increase in its stake. The total equity share capital of Jindal Steel Limited remains at INR 1,02,00,88,097, comprising 1,02,00,88,097 equity shares of INR 1 each.

Jindal Cement Industries Private Limited, along with other promoter entities such as Naveen Jindal and PRJ Family Management Company Private Limited, continues to be a part of the promoter group of Jindal Steel Limited, formerly known as Jindal Steel & Power Limited.
