Indian Continent Investment sells significant stake in Bharti Airtel

Indian Continent Investment Limited (ICIL), a promoter-group entity of Bharti Airtel Limited, sold 34,300,000 fully paid-up shares of Bharti Airtel on November 26, 2025. This transaction represents approximately 0.56% of the total share/voting capital of Bharti Airtel. The shares were sold through a market transaction.

Prior to the sale, ICIL held 66,111,188 fully paid-up shares and 24,156,604 partly paid-up shares, accounting for approximately 1.48% of Bharti Airtel's share/voting capital. Following the sale, ICIL's holding in Bharti Airtel now stands at 31,811,188 fully paid-up shares and 24,156,604 partly paid-up shares, reducing its stake to approximately 0.92% of the total share/voting capital. The equity share capital of Bharti Airtel Limited remains constant at INR 29,000,886,172.50.
