Hindustan Cotton increases stake in Sarla Performance Fibers

Hindustan Cotton Company, via its partner Mrs. Sarladevi Madhusudan Jhunjhunwala, acquired an additional 5,317 equity shares, representing 0.0064%, of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited. This open market transaction occurred on November 26, 2025, and falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
