H.G. Infra subsidiary secures major battery storage agreement

H.G. Choraniya Bess Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, has signed a Battery Energy Storage Purchase Agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL). The agreement, finalized on November 28, 2025, is for the procurement of a battery energy storage system with a capacity of 300 MW/ 600 MWh on a long-term basis.

This announcement follows previous disclosures made on April 21, May 28, and June 25, 2025. The company stated that all required details have already been provided.

The communication was sent to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited by Ankita Mehra, company secretary and compliance officer.
