Mukesh Sah, the chief financial officer (CFO) and key managerial personnel (KMP) of Grand Oak Canyons Distillery Limited, has resigned from the company's board of directors, effective November 28, 2025. The resignation is attributed to personal and unavoidable reasons.

The company formally confirmed receiving the resignation from Mr. Sah, ensuring compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This disclosure includes confirmation that Mr. Sah does not hold directorships or committee memberships in any other listed entities.

Grand Oak Canyons Distillery Limited, formerly known as Pacheli Industrial Finance Limited, has acknowledged the resignation. The company's managing director, Prabhakar Kumar, signed the official communication from Delhi.
