EPL Limited credit ratings affirmed by India Ratings

EPL Limited announced on November 28, 2025, that India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has affirmed its credit ratings. The ratings were officially affirmed on November 27, 2025.

The affirmed ratings include an Issuer Rating of IND AA+/Stable and a Commercial paper rating of IND A1+. These affirmations were communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The intimation was signed by Onkar Ghangurde, head - legal, company secretary & compliance officer of EPL Limited.
