EPACK Durable promoters increase stake through open market purchases

Bajrang Bothra, a promoter, and Leela Devi Bothra, a member of the promoter group of EPACK Durable Limited, have acquired an additional 60,530 equity shares in the company through open market purchases on November 24, 2025. This acquisition represents 0.06% of the total shareholding.

Following the acquisition, Bajrang Bothra’s total shareholding increased by 32,459 shares, moving from 7.00% to 7.03%. Leela Devi Bothra’s shareholding increased by 28,071 shares, raising her stake to 0.03%. Collectively, the promoter and promoter group's total holding in EPACK Durable now stands at 47.19% of the total share capital.

The acquisitions were made via open market purchases, as disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The company's equity share capital remains at INR 96,22,84,770, divided into 9,62,28,477 equity shares of INR 10 each.
