Crompton Greaves schedules December meetings with institutional investors

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has scheduled two institutional investor meetings in December 2025. The first meeting, on December 4, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, will be with Nippon Life India Asset Management. The second meeting, on December 9, 2025, also from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, will be with Fidelity International. Both interactions are designated as physical meetings and will be with a single institution.

The company clarified that no unpublished price sensitive information is intended to be shared during these meetings. The schedule, however, is subject to change. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI regulations.
