Clean Science promoter group adjusts holdings through gift transfers

Clean Science and Technology Limited has reported multiple inter-se transfers of equity shares among its promoter group members on November 26, 2025, executed via gift deeds. Nilima Krishnakumar Boob, an acquirer, received 6,629,986 equity shares, increasing her holding from 0.09% to 6.33% of the total share capital.

This acquisition involved transfers from Prasad Krishnakumar Boob (3,424,000 shares), Pooja Vivek Navandar (3,205,986 shares), Ashok Ramnarayan Boob (2,600,000 shares), Nidhi Mohunta (5,709,745 shares), and Parth Ashok Maheshwari (2,809,745 shares).

Consequently, Prasad Krishnakumar Boob’s shareholding decreased from 3.22% to 0.00%, Pooja Vivek Navandar’s from 3.22% to 0.21%, Ashok Ramnarayan Boob’s from 5.90% to 3.45%, Nidhi Mohunta’s from 5.56% to 0.09% and Parth Ashok Maheshwari’s from 2.74% to 0.09%. These off-market transfers, which involve no monetary consideration, fall under the exemption provided by Regulations 10(1)(a)(i) and (ii) of SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011.

The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group remains unchanged before and after these transactions, which are intended to streamline family assets and businesses. The company's total share capital stands at Rs 106,273,791 divided into 106,273,791 equity shares of Re 1 each.
