Clean Science and Technology promoter member receives significant shares via gift

Asha Ashok Boob, a promoter group member of Clean Science and Technology Limited, has acquired 8,619,490 equity shares via an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift. This transaction was disclosed on November 27, 2025, and constitutes 8.11% of the total share capital of the company. The shares were transferred from Parth Ashok Maheshwari (2,809,745 shares) and Nidhi Mohunta (5,809,745 shares).

Following the transfer, Asha Ashok Boob's shareholding in Clean Science and Technology Limited increased from 1,578,902 shares (1.49%) to 10,198,392 shares (9.60%). This transaction involved no monetary consideration, as it was executed through a gift deed.

The inter-se transfer among the promoter and promoter group is exempt under SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011. The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group remains unchanged before and after this transaction.
