Bharti Airtel establishes new data center subsidiary Nxtra Vizag

Bharti Airtel Limited, through its step-down subsidiary Nxtra Data Limited, has established a new entity named Nxtra Vizag Limited. The incorporation was completed on November 28, 2025, with a certificate of incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Nxtra Vizag Limited is formed to undertake data center business operations.

The new subsidiary has an initial authorized and paid-up share capital of INR 5,00,00,000, subscribed in cash. Nxtra Vizag Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nxtra Data Limited, which is a step-down subsidiary of Bharti Airtel Limited with a 75.96% shareholding. This incorporation is not considered a related party transaction.
