Bharat Petroleum inks new tripartite agreement for RTA services

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. about a significant update regarding its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) services. The company entered into a tripartite agreement on November 26, 2025. This agreement involves M/s. Data Software and Research Co. Pvt. Ltd. (the old RTA) and M/s. KFin Technologies Limited (the new RTA).

This intimation, under Regulation 7 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, follows previous communications dated September 26, 2025, and October 17, 2025. These earlier intimations were issued under SEBI Regulation 30 of the same regulations. The agreement solidifies the transition of RTA services to KFin Technologies Limited.
