Arvind SmartSpaces expands Ahmedabad portfolio with new premium project

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL) announced the acquisition of a new premium residential high-rise project in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. This project, ASL’s 24th in Gujarat, has an estimated saleable area of approximately 3.6 lakh sq. ft. and a top-line potential of ~₹400 crore. This strategic move aims to expand the company's footprint in West Ahmedabad, a promising micro-market for premium residential apartments.

The acquired project, spread across 1.15 acres, marks a significant milestone in ASL's growth strategy. Vastrapur is recognized for its well-developed social and civic infrastructure, connectivity to major city parts, and proximity to business hubs and lifestyle amenities. The company plans to continue adding new projects across Gujarat, Bengaluru, and MMR.

ASL, established in 2008 and part of the Lalbhai Group, has ~108 million square feet of real estate development across India. The company currently has real estate developments in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, MMR, and Pune.
