Windlas Biotech schedules investor meetings with global funds

Windlas Biotech Limited will hold physical "one on one" meetings with institutional investors and fund houses in early December 2025. The company will meet with Fidelity International on December 2, 2025, Laburnum Capital on December 9, 2025, and Seven Canyons Fund on December 10, 2025.

These meetings are being conducted to comply with Regulation 30 (6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015. The company will refer to publicly available documents during the discussions.

Ananta Narayan Panda, company secretary & compliance officer, issued the intimation on November 27, 2025. Windlas Biotech noted that changes to the schedule might occur due to exigencies from participants or the company.
