Ujaas Energy board approves EOGM corrigendum and typo corrections

Ujaas Energy Limited announced the outcome of its board of directors meeting held on November 27, 2025. The board approved the rectification of certain typographical errors in the notice of the proposed extra-ordinary general meeting (EOGM).

Additionally, the board granted approval for corrigendum no. 2 to the notice of the EOGM, which is scheduled for December 1, 2025. This decision falls under Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The board also authorized the chairman and managing director and/or the company secretary to submit and issue the corrigendum to the stock exchanges and shareholders. This action is a continuation of their letter dated November 7, 2025, concerning the submission of the EOGM notice. Sarvesh Diwan, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the announcement.
