RVNL secures East Coast Railway project for video surveillance system

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has been awarded a contract by East Coast Railway for the "Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IP based Video Surveillance System." This project, valued at INR 9,64,07,109.79, is for the rolling stock of ECOR and aligns with RDSO Specification No.:- RDSO/SPN/TC/106/2025, version 3.1. RVNL was the sole bidder for this project.

The contract specifies a commencement within 30 days of issue and a completion period of 180 days thereafter. This work falls within the normal course of business for RVNL. The company has confirmed that neither promoters nor promoter groups have any interest in the entity awarding the contract, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The LOA reinforces RVNL's position in railway infrastructure development.
