Radico Khaitan allots equity shares under ESOP 2006

Radico Khaitan Limited announced on November 27, 2025, the allotment of 15,943 equity shares of INR 2 each to eligible employees who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOP 2006). This allotment, approved by the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, boosts the company's paid-up equity share capital to INR 26,77,86,978, comprising 13,38,93,489 equity shares of INR 2 each.

The new shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares. The exercise price per share was INR 928.05, with a premium per share of INR 926.05. The shares have the distinctive numbers 133877547-133893489 and the ISIN Number INE944F01028.

Radico Khaitan is in the process of completing further formalities for the issue and listing of these equity shares on both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
