Petronet LNG announces registered office relocation in New Delhi

Petronet LNG Limited has informed stock exchanges of a change in its registered office address, in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The board of directors approved the relocation, and the effective date has been set as November 26, 2025.

The company's new registered office is located at Fourth Floor, Tower-I, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi – 110029. This move signifies a change from its previous address at World Trade Centre, Barakhamba Lane, Babar Road, New Delhi-110001, though remaining within the local limits of New Delhi. All future physical communications to Petronet LNG Limited should be directed to the new Nauroji Nagar address.

The announcement was made by rajan kapur, ggm & president - company secretary, for the information and records of the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The company also maintains its Dahej LNG Terminal in Gujarat and Kochi LNG Terminal in Kerala.
