Magellanic Cloud subsidiary secures drone logistics contract with Vedanta group

Scandron Private Limited, a subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud Limited, announced it has secured a work order from M/s. Resonia Limited, a Vedanta group company, for drone-based cargo transportation. The contract is valued at approximately ₹3 Crores for Phase-I (500 MT), with an additional ₹9 Crores for Phase-II (1,500 MT) upon successful completion of Phase-I.

This contract underscores Scandron's expertise in specialized technological delivery platforms. The work involves using drones to transport cargo, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency in the relevant sector.

The execution of the initial phase of the order, covering 500 MT, is anticipated to be completed within 24 months. The total consideration for the contract is not exceeding ₹12 Crores. This domestic contract is not considered a related party transaction.
