Lemon Tree Hotels signs two new properties in Gujarat and Uttarakhand

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a license agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, and a franchise agreement for Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, as of November 27, 2025. This expansion aims to strengthen the company's footprint in key business and leisure travel destinations.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, will feature 110 rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, a swimming pool, and a spa, and will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, will offer 60 rooms, a restaurant, a conference hall, a fitness center, a spa, and a swimming pool, and will operate under a franchise.

These new properties contribute to Lemon Tree Hotels' goal of expanding its portfolio, with Gujarat now having 10 operational and 19 upcoming hotels, and Uttarakhand 9 operational and an equal number of upcoming properties. The company currently operates over 120 hotels across more than 80 cities.
